Your business and its staff may use these tools and edit completed outputs for your jobs. Do not resell or publish the blank tools or source. Anything you download now remains yours to use under this single-business licence, without a subscription.

Future premium features or editions may cost extra. No payment starts automatically. Hosted access depends on the service remaining available; downloaded copies work independently.

Use the free web tools in a current phone or desktop browser. Offline HTML is intended for desktop browsers; iOS Files may not run it. Printing uses your browser’s Print / Save PDF. No ServiceM8 subscription is required.

What these tools do

They help prepare administrative records. They do not issue or lodge statutory certificates, assess safety, provide legal advice, determine whether a variation is recoverable or capture a legally verified electronic signature. Check the requirements for the actual job and contract; keep original certificates and customer responses.

Support and faults

For access problems or a product fault, use our contact channel and provide the tool name and a description. Do not send payment-card details or unnecessary customer information. We will assess the appropriate remedy. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies under the Australian Consumer Law. Bespoke setup, legal review and ongoing consulting are not included.

Privacy and backups

Your job inputs remain in the tool’s browser tab unless you choose device storage, copy, share, print or export. Opting in to remember jobs saves current drafts on this device; turning it off removes that saved copy. Business defaults are saved separately when requested. We do not receive those inputs. Hosted tools can report basic usage counts with a temporary random session key; switch this off in the tool footer. Offline copies do not report usage. Free access requires no payment details, email address or purchase-access cookie. Optional future purchases have separate payment and delivery processing.
